Week Three - Boreal Forests
Week Four - Tropical Forests
 
Learn about the etymology of the word 'biome' and look at the meaning of other forest biome words. Read about the forest biome and photosynthesis. Explore temperate forests and do a fun art activity. Look at boreal forests as well as evergreen and deciduous trees. Delve into the world of tropical rainforests and complete a Mayan Maths activity. There is an extended research project on how you can help deforestation.
